Project Overview
Panelab undertook their first major large-scale project at Queenspark Residences, located at 369 Queen Street in the heart of Auckland city. The building was stripped down to its concrete framework before being transformed into a modern residential complex. Standing at 14 stories high, the project presented unique installation challenges in a demanding environment, which were successfully managed by Project Manager Trevor, director Sean, and Lead installer Jass. Despite being the team's most challenging work at that time, this milestone project was completed on time and within budget in partnership with Scarbro Construction, marking a significant achievement in Panelab's portfolio of work.
"Now that the dust has settled a bit (for me anyway !) I Just wanted to say thanks for all your efforts over the project and particularly the last month, it was a bit of a challenge with a tight timeframe, curves and the poor access to the various levels. We handed over the building last Friday and the client was wrapped with the final product. I enjoyed working with you both, you guys have a good team who produce a good quality product."
