Wayne launched Symonite in 1998, pioneering ACP in New Zealand. His extensive experience as a draftsman and then in aluminium windows enabled him to create a full service cladding project management service. His factory systems and project management techniques made working with his company a popular solution for architects and developers. Panelab is designed to apply the technical knowledge gained in the last few decades to an agile and flexible new operation.

Sean Sullivan

Wayne’s son Sean is a qualified chippie and experienced cladding project manager with ten years behind him in the construction industry. The hands-on skills of a builder combined with the ability to coordinate subbies on site make things a lot easier for the build to come in on time and on budget. Sean knows how complicated construction projects can be and he will use his experience to take that complexity off your plate.
